I've read about anxiety zaps in the body and this may be that but let me explain. Last night I randomly felt a "squeeze" in my body below my right rib cage (not my ribs but whatever organ is there lol.) it didn't hurt but felt odd and lasted a second or two and didn't happen again. Just weird. Then I felt that same feeling near my heart another time, not sure if it was actually my heart or what. Today I laid down down to rest and randomly felt myself catch a huge breath, that's the only way to explain it, like my lungs momentarily opened up and I could breath well. I've had a stuffy nose a couple days now so it was also weird lol. Anyone else have these random squeeze/zap feelings? Part of me immediately connects it to the anxiety but another part of me worries something is wrong. Thank you :)
