Hi from Tennessee!

I found this site a few months ago during a really intense anxiety attack, so I figured I'd join and see if it could help with some of my other issues. I suffer from GAD and health anxiety for the most part, though I do have some pretty bad social anxiety. I've been on medication that helps a bit for a while, but nothing is perfect. :blush:

As far as info about me, there's not too much to say. I'm 24 and I live with my fiance and our two cats.
