In the last year I switched from duloxetine to sertraline and got paraesthesia whenever I get hot or exerted myself or even when I got frustrated. Switched to citalopram and the same happened. Then back to fluoxetine after a 5 year break. Same thing! So now I'm back on duloxetine and I'm getting it with that as well. It's a horrible itching, heat prickling sensation. Is this the end of the road for me now with ssri'/snri's?
I haven't tried venlafaxine or fluvoxemine. Should I try them? Or go straight to clomipramine which my psych seems to favour. I'm scared of weight gain
