Sparks in eyes whilst in the shower

Hey,

I've just been in the shower and started to see squiggly sparks in my vision, at the time my head was turned to the right as I was shaving my armpits lol.. this has happened once before a few years ago whilst shaving my armpits, but I also saw the same stars last week whilst straightening my hair...


I'm really scared it's going to happen again.. do you think it is to do with turning my head?

I sometimes see 'stars' in the shower - normally when I've had the shower too hot and I've bent over for something. I believe it's to do with your blood pressure being a bit low (a first aid trainer from St John's Ambulance told me this).

If it happens to me I tend to open the shower door a little and get some cooler air. Sorts it right out!
