Hi all...
New here but not new to panic attacks... I had them years ago and now they're back with a vengeance. Seem to be worrying about every little thing but mainly my heart at the moment. I don't want to be left alone. ( I live with my Dad but obviously he can't be with me 100% of the time). I'm on 150mg of sertraline a day and 5mg of olanzapine twice a day for depression/anxiety. My doctor thinks I'm just having a blip and will be back to normal soon but I'm scared I won't.
I seem to get panicky in the evening just a couple of hours before I take the next dose of olanzapine... wondering if it's because it's wearing off...
