Dizzy on edge feeling

For a few days ive been dizzy on my feet, every step feels like its on a different level and I feel really on edge and conscious of every breath and heartbeat.
I often get this, has anyone else experienced it ? Is this anxiety

Yes. Throughout the year I get tinnitus two or three times. Usually lasts a few weeks

then you must have balance problem while walking?? do you have throat problem or any rash on body?

I keep going a bit light headed , every step is a bit of a surprise have no throat or rash issues
