Fibromyalgia

Hey all,

I'm not new to this but I didn't know where to post this :blush: I have just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I figured I had it but it took a while to get the confirmation, anyway, I'm just reaching out for tips on how to cope with the pains really. It's awful. Im 25 but I feel stiff and sore like I'm 50. Finding it hard to cope.:weep:
