Tingling/Hot Flash when falling asleep

Anyone else get adrenaline rushes, and then like a tingling/crawling sensation across their body along with warmth just as they are falling asleep? Super annoying, and a little scary....

Hi. I get this but in the instant that I waken. Really bad ‘rush’ and what feels like a hot flash but I am 20 years past menopause! The more anxious and stressed I am the more severe they become ... sometimes happening during the day but the worst is as soon as I open my eyes in the morning. Xx
