Hello. so my anxiety is back for the past week. today i sometime feel a little shortness of breath.. also if i check my pulse i think its fast? can and how does anxiety cause this!

In the 21st century our fears are rarely solved this way, and these bodily changes stay on our system without release which has a number of consequences.

This process explains most anxiety symptoms - high heart rate, palps, muscle pain, twitches, blurred vision, a bad stomach, tingles... etc, etc, etc.
