Tiny bumps back side of mouth

I've had these tiny bumps in back side of mouth for couple months now, they haven't changed in size and don't hurt but last couple days I've been freaking out about them!:weep: anyone have or know what they are?

Look like little cyst -y things. They don't look worrying to me. But show a doctor for a proper answer

I have similar ones, my doctor told me they are completely fine (3 ENTS I visited :D ) so I believe them since I am still fine and they haven't grown bigger since last July when I first discovered them and went all bonkers to 3 ENTs.


I have acid reflux so maybe it's irritated from that
