Hello. So currently I've been having a wheezing sound when breathing in, especially when I rotate my left shoulder, I feel like I can't breathe properly. Like I'm breathing in warm air and my breath has been taken from me, I'm really scared. I've had about 5 Ecgs in the past month or so, my spo2 levels are good. Got checked out by the doctor last month, my chest was clear. I'm really bloody scared. It's a weird sensation when I move my left shoulder, like a wheezing sound.. someone give me some advice please. I'm 23, fit and healthy. Revently I've had bad panic attacks all week. I can't describe what the breath feels Like, it's like warm in my throat. Thanks anyway

No need to worry! I'm pretty sure I had this exact same experience, in fact, I think everyone has this, but most people don't notice it. It's probably not just moving your left shoulder that does it, but instead moving your upper body in general. You're slightly compressing your lungs, which causes the air to move around and make this sound.
Also, your breathing issues are most likely due to anxiety. When I first noticed this sound, I also began to panic and immediately felt like I couldn't breathe right anymore. But after a few days I completely forgot about it and only now, months later upon reading your post, did I remember it.
