Freckle like marks all over my thighs / stomach for a few years .. worried

Hi everyone
So I’ve had this for ages now maybe two years is . Anyway . On my thighs , hips and lower stomach I have lots of tan coloured / red spots that resemble freckles but aren’t . They disappear slightly when I press on to them. They look like freckles but more red . Any ideas ? All
Of a sudden I’m very worried about it.

I’ve had two children . My youngest was born two years ago . Could the marks be left over from
Where my skin was so stretched ? Doubt it as I’ve never known anyone to complain of it . Thanks .

You should really be asking either a doctor or one of the nurses at your GP surgery to be honest. We can't really tell you what it is, we'd only be guessing as you yourself are. I noticed you've posted this in the health anxiety section, but even though you're worried about it, it belongs in the 'Symptoms ' section.

So advice from me would be to get the marks checked out by a medical professional if they are worrying you.
