Anxiety Head symptom ??

Hi all

So I have General anxiety disorder/PTSD and the anxiety manifests itself a lot physically. Lately Ive been getting pain at the back of my neck from my neck to the base of my skull. It can be horrendous and totally stress/anxiety related. But now I have what I can only describe as a feeling that the top of my head is "flying off". Its REALLY hard to describe as Im not dizzy but the feeling is AWFUL and while it feels like its stress/anxiety related I dont know what it is or why its happening.

Does anyone else know what Im talking about ? Im not dizzy or lightheaded at all. Its this physical feeling that the top of my head is "flying off" and it leaves me in bits.

I've just posted about Pulsatile Tinnitus. Not the "flying off" feeling, but the throbbing of the blood being pumped into my brain. Very loud in my ear, but it's abating now that I'm into full relax mode.

Relax every muscle in your head and that should help you.
