Pulsatile Tinnitus

Anyone experienced this throbbing in your ear? The heart pumping blood and you hear it in your ear. It can be quite disturbing.

I'm sure, in my case, it's cause by tension in my head. Taking time to get it cleared.

Iv hade it in bougth ears. Its a hell of a lot worse well in bed. I think its anxiety tbh
