An Englishman, an Irishman and a Scotsman decided to clear the air.

Punchline! - They all suffocated, although in keeping with the usual outcome of such playfully xenophobic jokes, you can probably rightfully assume it was the Irishman's fault; however no-one was there at the time to confirm this. It happened in France on April 24th at roughly 7:20pm. It was a cold day, which I suppose would have been the least of their worries.
