I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share links here or not but wanted to throw this out there. Go on youtube and look up "HealthAnxietyGuy" He has a few videos on HA and how to help overcome it. He also has a good video on googling symptoms and how to stop. Very good! Highly recommend! :yesyes:
