I think I have cancer as always..please help

I just turned 18. I have this thing on my knuckle. My finger hurts badly on and off in the lower knuckle. Its kind of hard and has been there along time. Any idea what it could be? I think everything is cancer....am I being irrational?... Go the doctors and they will tell you what it is.

However, I can say I am 99% sure that is not cancer. More likely to be a cyst of some kind [emoji16]

I have something like that below my ankle on my right foot. I had it xrayed recently (even though its been there for several years) and saw a podiatrist. He said its boney spur.
