Severe breast asymmetry

I just turned 18... Do i have breast cancer?... basically one of my breasts just never developed. One is an A cup at most. Almost flat. The other atleast a c or more. It's extremely worrying and embarrassing. I feel deformed. Am I the only one with this issue? Should I be worried??

That's not cancer, that's completely normal. No one is perfect, Everyone has some defects. For example my left foot is 1 inch smaller than my right. Visit your doctor if you need more reassurance.
