Is Your Anxiety Worse With A Cold?

I've got a nasty cold and had to take today of work, but my anxiety is sky high, so I am thinking it has to be the cold doing it. What you's think? I'd take the like of these cold and flu tablets but there full of caffeine which will do no favours

i think most of us feel worse with our anxiety when we are sick sometimes to be honest with you if its like the flu in the belly im like is this anxiety or am i really sick.lol sometimes i really dont know........Linda

yes i find with a cold or any illness my anxiety gets worse.i guess our bodys are a bit run down. but after the cold is over you should feel better anxiety wise

Yes i,m the same, have a stinker of a cold at the moment, all bunked up , feel crap, and it is deafinately making my anxiety soar!!! you an,t alone.:nonono:
