Sepsis fear

hey, so yesterday my thumb turned red and had some other red marks on my hands around. Then i decided to google sepsis and it said something with leg pain, today when i went out of the car both my legs hurt. I have been walking quite a lot the last 2 days but it came suddenly as i went out of the car today and it was like a crushing/breaking fingers like feeling in them for every step.

Also i could suddenly feel a strong fast pulse in my stomach

Should i worry? :( :( im only 16
