Blood on toilet paper after giving birth

I gave birth 4 months ago. For the past 3 months I've been occasionally seeing blood on the toilet paper after a bowel movement. It's not every time but comes and goes. My labour was long and difficult and I tore quite a bit. Could this be a hemmie/fissure? It sometimes hurts to go but not all the time. I thought with hemmies/fissures there's usually pain. Help please

I’m positive it’s a hemorrhoid or fissure. Call your doc and see if you can get some cream and keep your stools soft. It’ll clear eventually.
