First time every posting in something like this. 31yrs old and have dealt with anxiety my whole life. Mainly health anxiety around my heart which led to avoidance of pretty much everything that could raise my heart rate. Been on and off meds latest being Metoprolol. Have made the choice to face this naturally and find a way to manage my life.

Avoidance has led to agoraphobia which has been the hardest to deal with as my job requires me to be in new places all the time. Really hoping to get some peace of mind from others shared experiences. Easy to feel like you are the only one dealing with this sometimes and feel doomed.
