Am I hearing things .it's scaring me please anyone

Twice today I've been doing things .tv been on in background and people talking and suddenly I've thought i heard whispering. Nothing in particular but it's freaked me out
Now I feel sick to the stomach and scared
I know I have anxiety . I think in now over listening even watching tv in now aware of back ground noises aswell as the main characters . In so scared I don't want to go mad

Do you have fears about things that could have hallucinations as a symptom? In OCD schizophrenia is a common fear where this is seen.

If so, have a look at the thread on the HA board by ChocoOrange because he had this issue with voices.
