Normal blood work . Would abnormalities show if anything serious on routine tests ?

Hiya .
I have had a weird skin issue for a while but for some reason didn’t think much of it until randomely I decided to worry . It’s like a freckle lookin rash but not freckles . Gp said it looked like blood spots but bigger than average . She sent me for some blood work and that has come back ‘normal’
If I had something serious like blood cancer or something similar would abnormalities be found in a routine test? I want to find comfort in the normal test results but could that rule out if the rash is serious or not ? Thanks
