Hey guys, lately I’ve been having so much anxiety over quakes, we had two here in portugal in the last month in the same place, minor ones though (mag.4) but they have been warning us the big one is coming soon, and that it will be catastrophic, I have a three month old baby, I live in the ground floor of a five level building, I sleep with pajamas on with my blinds open and with slippers near the window, I also always have a candle on at night when awake and my phone (with access to flashlight) near me so if one hits I will still have a reference light somewhere in case the lights go out, my question is, do you think these are good measures, many places advised that if you live in the ground floor you can try to escape, I sleep with my blinds open so will I be able to escape through the window with my baby? It is really close to the ground, please help!
