so tired

I am so tired of this. I am currently hyperventilating. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with hives. I can't remember the last time I had a decent night of sleep. Does anyone else wheeze when they hyperventilate?

I have had hives now for a week. I am getting them at the same time every afternoon. Nothing new, not soap, laundry detergent, etc. I am really getting nervous. Everything is starting to feel very surreal. All this anxiety and being scared all the time.
