I have this spot (that's as big as the end of one my fingers) on my shoulder, it's red and it's accompanied with 2 smaller spots. It doesn't feel painful on the touch but sometimes it can give off a slight pain if I start to slightly rub it.
I have tried to get rid of this spit before which it did go away but it seems to comeback everytime
