Hello all,
I just posted on the GAD forum the other day about this and would like to hear your opinion too.
I do get random words pop in my mind that are totally unrelated to what I'm doing. For example, I will walk down the street and the word "potatoe" pops up. It pops up in my own inner voice and it feels like a thought. Sometimes it can be my own name that pops up. It's so weird and scary, I think I'm developing psychosis or something :scared15:
Also, I have that when falling asleep, but I've already learned it's called hypnagogia.
Still, the pops during the day are frightning as hell. Does anyone here experience this?
