Hi all,
So recently been signed off of work again due to my anxiety 😠
I've started having what I can only describe as adrenaline rushes which seem to be at their worst when it's bed time! But it's not all the time just randomly.
Although they make you feel awful 😣 the only way to dear it is the rush feeling you get before you are about to be sick or faint 😣
I've been on sertraline 100mg for the past couple of years and I'm now wondering if my body has got too used to this?
The doctor's given me 10mg propranolol to try but like all drugs I'm not very keen on trying new ones 😣 I worry about side effects etc!
Has anyone had this adrenaline rush I'm described?
