Back pain

I’m 16 and had a uti around 3-4 weeks ago with severe back pain. On and off since then I’ve had lower back/hip pain in my right hip which almost feels like growing pain. I have grown a lot recently, but because it’s only one sided Ive convinced myself it’s cancer! It’s mostly in the evening, but sometimes in the morning if I’ve been laying in bed for a while. Im trying to tell myself it’s due to bad posture and growth, but I’m so anxious! I googled (I know, horrible idea - doesn’t help at all!) again and now I’m scared it’s endometriosis. I only got my period a few months ago so I’m very irregular, but last month it was a lot more painful than usual. On the last day I saw the doctor for backpain and a fever and I had a kidney infection. My mum thinks the extra pain was from the uti that was undetected. It only lasted 3 days and I’ve had on and off spotting since.
