constantly taking my temperature...advice?

ever since i was sick I'm obsessed with taking my temperature to see if i have a fever. If i see the thermometer I feel like I have to take it, and if its high I freak out that I have a fever. i've even started carrying it around in my purse, its really bad.

Get someone to hide it then you can't use it.
