View Full Version : What to eat when constantly feeling sick

Hi guys, the last few days I’ve felt sick to my stomach from the moment I wake up to the moment I finally get to sleep. It’s really hard to have an appetite when feeling like this so you tend not to eat which just adds to the problem. I just wondered if anyone had any particular things they snack on or find easier to eat when constantly feeling sick?

I find bananas a go to weirdly but I can’t live off those at the moment, any other things that might help?

I eat crisps, and drink smoothie/fruit juice which at least fills me up a bit and I find that once I’ve had a little bit of food or drink my stomach settles and I’m able to eat more. The worst thing I can do is not eat, as then I just get into a vicious cycle of nausea and no appetite.

Chicken broth with some noodles and mixed soft veggies, yogurt, crackers, chamomile tea, water, water, water... ohhh and vanilla ice cream :D
