Hi everyone
I’m freaking out a little bit because I woke up twice in the middle of the night last night and my body almost felt like it wasn’t getting any circulation to my limbs. Depending on the position I would lay in my body would start to get really tingly with pins and needles and my limbs would get really cold. It almost feels like a wave of this tingling and numbness. It also happens to my head and makes me feel more and more dizzy with a bit of pressure on the top of my head. When I get up it goes away but I feel really weak. It leave me feeling foggy and tired.
I’m really scared it’s a brain tumour or something equally as awful. It’s happened before but never more than once - I always thought it was a panic attack from a dream but now I’m questioning that. Why would it be dependent on what position my body lies in?
Has this ever happened to anyone else?
