Anxiety back with a Vengence

Not posted for a while, but am feeling the need to vent..Anxiety has been back with a vengeance this past week or so. Had a really bad stomach bug about two weeks ago spent a night practically with my head in the toilet bowl, now I have really bad monthlys and feeling unwell again..Am feeling so low and panicky today. Have had to cancel my hair appointment with my hairdressers for the second time because of me being poorly..I feel so guilty for letting her down twice, I feel like I keep wasting her time, she's such a lovely person and told me not to worry when I spoke to her but I feel so guilty... life is so bloody shit.:weep::weep:

I'm like that too Sarah! Whenever my anxiety is bad i end up cancelling appts. It's best to go when you are having a good day.

I do that too- even places I like or want to go I cancel because I just can’t pull it together to leave the house.
