Breast lumps

Health anxiety has reared its ugly head. I’ve a real fear of breast cancer that I’m always prodding and poking. Has anyone prodded so much that lumps have appeared under the skin but can be seen? A lot of the bumps move. But can’t help but be petrified. I’m 38. I hate having anxiety and the debilitating fear.

Yes, I have prodding and poked my breast until a lump forms and then it takes a while to go back down (if you leave it alone). I went as far as having one biopsied that I caused on myself, it came back as scar tissue.
