Toothache in morning

Hi every morning for the past week or so the left side of my mouth hurts, kind of where the wisdom teeth are, it goes after a while but it’s always there when I wake up. I’m pretty sure I’ve not started grinding my teeth and it’s just on the one side. Does anyone have anything similar at all? Thanks

I know you say you're pretty sure you're not grinding but I do it terribly in my sleep and don't know I am.

A fitted mouthguard will sort you out. :)

Failing that, might be your wisdom tooth moving!
