Pulse in head worried

Sorry didn’t know where to post this. When I exercise after a while I can feel my pulse thumping in y head a bit, I’m not to fit so that could be part of it but does any one else get this?

No... a stroke is a blood clot in the brain. Obviously you still have a pulse but certain areas are affected due to lack of blood flow. It's like a brain heart attack ;)

Still the question remains when people work out can they hear there pulse in there head

There’s nothing wrong hun .. when I get up to fast sometimes I can see the pulse in my eye so don’t be worrying about it, of course you can get it in your head your just more aware of it than usual because of the anxiety xx
