I swear my anxiety triggers my nose & even my ears. Today I had some stressful moments and now my nose feels blocked-it comes and goes and I really feel like my anxiety causes it. I hate it! My ears pop and feel full and my nose has been stuffy. It's like it goes away then comes back if I'm particularly stressed. Anyone else have this? I hate it :( I ordered the Plexus health products to balance myself as many have had success in treating their anxiety with it-here's to hoping.

I have exactly the same thing.
I live on nasal spray.
