Kind of new here....... lately i have been randomly waking up in the middle of the nite with a stuff neck and feeling of shock almost like how was i asleep and am i sleeping basically freaked out like whats going on and now im having trouble sleeping for fear of this happening to me again
has anyone else ever had this happen to them or something similar please share
