I was told at my last doctor visit that my blood work came back better than before. Even my A1C came back from an 8 to a 6.5.
Yet here I am with sinus issues that keep triggering panic and anxiety. She looked into my nose and ears and said it sounded more like allergies than an infection. No rise in blood cells, so we ruled out sinus infection.
Why the heck does this sinus pressure, and dizziness keep triggering the crap when I know or should know what it is.
Even just sitting here looking at the computer screen makes me dizzy and anxious. ARG!
Anyone else suffer from sinus related anxiety? How do you know that the hot flashes and cold spells are from panic and not from the sinuses....so confused.
