Hi. At work recently they have made changes which to be fair I new was coming but recently they had an overtime list which I put my name to. Because some people are kicking off regarding these changes in a different department they have put an overtime ban on. Some people getting called scab for doing other departments overtime. My issue is I get the frustration with the changes it’s all to do with making a point. But I am stuck in the middle not all people want to take there names off but I am because of this. I can’t cope with getting ridiculed I don’t want to loose my temper from it. So I think it’s best to ignore the overtime at this time. I need the money but bad timing means I will have to wait until next time. I,ve already made my excuses not to do it. But why do feelreally depressed over it. See the people shouting off didn’t have there names on the list. That’s my frustration I will remember this. Thanks just need to unload this.
