Hello! My Name is Kim, I am 50 Years old and have had Panic Attacks for the best part of 25 Years. Despite the unpleasantness of it all, People say How Well I look and don't believe my Age.
Hope this reassures People in knowing that nothing terrible has happened to me despite the Length of Time I have had Panic Attacks and you do learn to cope with them.
Can I add that I find "Bach Rescue Remedy Spray" particularly helpful when you are feeling Panicky - just spray two sprays on your Tongue in an Emergency.

I'm 52 and people say the same - weird huh, how something 'orrible like panic and anxiety can sometimes have no great adverse effect on your outward appearance !!

I discovered the benefits of Rescue Remedy in an aeroplane a few months ago - yes, I eventually managed to spray it under my tongue...but that's another story lol!!

I'm 53 and people have often said I look younger, before and during the panic attack phase of my life.

But I've lost so much sleep with anxiety I feel I am looking older around the eyes :ohmy:
