Splotchy purple hands?

Does anyone get this? Sometimes I feel like my hands are very splotchy or purplish. ALso sometimes the veins is my palms are dark blue. I was just at the Dr for something else and my O2 was 100%. Anyone else have any ideas?

Mine get like that when they're cold or I'm stressed. I assume it's Reynauds syndrome.
