What a differenc a day makes.!

My day started at 7 a.m.,a beautiful day ,sun shining, got myself ready and off i went to take my dali a walk.Birds singing, anyway get home and hubby wants to go to b/ham to visit his mothers grave,it would have been her birthday this wednesday.Well it meant that i would be going on m42 and m6 o.m.g. had a few drops of my rescue remedy, bottle of water, apple, a relaxation c.d.and nic,s post from april.got in the car,[backseat] and off we went.I remember also reading a post from someone, that looking at the sky and trees help, it did.My c.d. playing sounds of waterfalls, birds singing, and soothing music, i look out of the car window up to the sky, i see a gull drifting along on the breeze,athe union flag flying from a crane over the aston expressway, a plane souring into the sky so gracefullyand disappearing into the clouds. I read nic,s post , how she got herself into a state on the a14 and how she dealt with her panic.We get to the grave and i feel at peace, i made the journey to visit my mum in laws grave, she may no longer be with us , but what i am trying to say is that i still am,and even though it was a 30 minute journey i did it ,maybe nextime i will sit in the front of the car , and in time drive myself.
