Drowning feeling

Hi all.
Suffering again.

I have been having a horrible symptom now for about 5 day's, its a drowning feeling in my throat/chest, I am constantly clearing my throat, its especially bad when laying down.
I don't think theres any real issue with my chest/lungs coz I am still going to gym and when I forget about it , im fine.

Has anyone else had this symptom and any advice for me
