Whenever I am super anxious and , for some exhausted reason, need to make myself nervous/miserable I have, repeatedly, gone to my skin where I will, invariably, find some odd bodkin to peruse, worry and then consult Dr. Google images.

Never fails, being a person of a certain age, and having indulged in all manner of now highly disapproved sun bathing strategies.

Whenever I am stressed out I just bring out the old mirror and see what I can come up with! Freckle, mole, they are all suspect.

I have one on my big toe that worries me. It is only 3mm but I feel it’s not totally symmetrical.
