achy ribs after panic attack..anyone else?

Anyone else get achy ribs after a panic attack? I cry a lot when i have one so i feel the aches are from the crying.. anyone with me?

Yes I’ve had this. I associate it with the bad breathing you do when you’re panicking. It usually passes quickly.
