Flashing in eyes?

This is the 3rd time it was happened to me since thanksgiving....I was in a dark room with just my tv on and bam it started to flash for a few seconds.....visual seizure?!...

I have had thia recently along with headaches and visual dostrubances in general. Im getting my eyes tested next week
