Hello. My daughter who is hypothyroid gets dizzy and light headed before her periods. Before she was dx with hypothyroid her BP would plummet to 80/60
And worse during her period now she is on thyroid meds and so far her BP is looking normal but today she was really lightheaded and dizzy. She said she should be just a day or two from her period. Since she has anxiety from her BP causing these symptoms in the past she was scared that it would be the thyroid again. I have been tracking this and it seems to be period related since it was the same symptoms like her last period. It made me relieved to here of other ladies with the same symptoms before their periods.
