Hi all I posted yday abit shoulder pain anyway today I知 fondinf my gasping for air much more than norma, intermittently. I took an omepraze to see if it was reflux and drank some milk but I am terrified I知 gonna stop breathing and I am not gonna get medical help because of the snow. I am massively freaking out I致e tried to distract myself watching Netflix but I知 super worried now something serious is happening. Shoulder pain was fine last night hurt on the way in and I thought the cold had antagonised it. I was in a show earlier swallowing air I just put my stuff down and left so I知 sure the panic is not helping. Does anyone else get this?
